Kit Ordering Instructions

The final details and arrangements for the new long term Watsonians kit supplier have finally been agreed. Our new kit supplier is Aitken and Niven in conjunction with Canterburry. A permanent and structured ordering process has also been agreed with Aitken and Niven. That process is as follows.

  1. Download and print “order form” and “Kit range” information. All the kit shown in the kit range will be embroidered with the Watsonians HC badge and branded with the Aitken and Niven logo.
  2. E-mail Graham Johnstone to receive a club number.
  3. Fill in order form with your details and send to Aitken and Niven at the following address:

    F.A.O. Doug Ewan

    6 Falcon Road West
    Morningside
    Edinburgh
    EH10 4AQ
    Along with a cheque with the correct amount made out to “Aitken and Niven”.
  1. Alternatively phone Atiken and Niven on 0131 477 3922 to pay by credit/debit card.
  2. Also you can hand in the order form directly at the above address and pay in person by cheque or credit/debit card.
  3. Aitken and Niven will then place your order with other Watsoninans HC orders in a bulk order to Canterburry. The next bulk order will be sent on Fri 9th Nov. So if you didn’t get a chance to order any kit already then this is your chance. There will be several bulk orders throughout the season.
  4. Once a bulk order has been delivered to Aitken and Niven and is ready for pick up you will be informed through our website and the kit can be collected from the above address Mon-Sat 9:00-17.30.

If you have placed an order already please either phone Aitken and Niven on the above number or drop into the store to pay by credit/debit card or drop in or mail a cheque as described above. The order is expected to be available for pick up early November.

I have had a chance to see the new kit and it is absolutely brilliant and I can not wait to receive my order. If you would like to try some of the kit on to determine sizes (this is recommended to avoid messy returns) then please pop up to the shop at the above address and ask to try some on.
