With minutes to spare we managed to pull together a team of 11 to start the first game of the season. The match started quietly as the team, a mixture of new and old players, got to grips with playing our first real game!
Goal scorers were Natasha with 3 including a wee dribble round the keeper; Rachael A with 2 including a superb shot from the baseline into the opposite corner; and Leanne with 1 coming from a wee flick past the keeper.
Well done to the mids, Leigh, Sarah and Joanna for all their hard work pushing forward and coming back to defend, and to the Defensive line up of Rachel R, Nicola, Cheetah and Ruth in the pads.
