Information required by Coaches:
To ensure the one-hour session is as productive and personalised as possible for all, we require all players to provide us with some background information prior to their coaching appointment.
Information required -
• Your current hockey level and age.
• The specific skills you would like to work on (e.g., drag flicking, reverse stick tackling, aerials).
Please make sure this information is provided 24 hours before your coaching appointment. This advance notice allows the coach to fully prepare a bespoke, high-impact session tailored exactly to the player's development goals.

Maximising Your Session Time:
Our coaches are committed to maximising the time players have 'stick-on-ball' during their hour. This means the session will be intensive, and players will potentially be working quite hard.
To get the most out of your coaching hour and reduce injury risk:
• Pre-Session Warm-up: If possible, please use the ten minutes before your session starts to warm up and stretch close to the venue.
• Alternative Warm-up: If a pre-session warm-up is not possible, please let your coach know immediately upon arrival. A physical warm-up can then be built into the start of the session, ensuring the player is safely prepared for the work ahead.
Your cooperation helps us ensure each player gets the most out of the session.
