The Watsonian Hockey Club is delighted to announce that Dan Coultas has agreed to join the club from Grange as player/coach of the Men's 1st XI ahead of the 2020/21 season.

Dan will balance roles between playing and coaching, replacing Mike Leonard who has stepped down from his position as Head Coach after three and a half years in which the team achieved promotion back to the Premiership back in 2018. He will continue to be involved with the first team and support Dan in his new role. The team will also be supported by the addition of George McCurdy, who will take on the role of manager.

Coultas has 71 senior Scotland caps, including competing at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, as well as 3 senior GB caps to his name.

Prior to Grange, he has represented a number of top level clubs, including Holcombe, Cannock, Durham University and Edinburgh University.
